Walt has been a trainer and public speaker since 1973, and he has been a database consultant since 1987.

In addition to his experience as an independent 4D consultant, Walt was the Manager of Developer Services and the Director of Technical Support at ACI US for a total of four years. In that time, his results were widely acclaimed by the 4D community. He vastly improved support and significantly reduced wait times -- and all this during the 4D transition from Mac-only to a cross-platform Macintosh and Windows product. Walt is maintaining this tradition of service in his activities as a consultant and trainer.
