The principles of N.I.C.E. are Moe Cotton and Walt Nelson. Together, they have more than 50 years' experience training, motivating, and supervising people who want to excel.

Our goal is to serve Guam and Micronesia by providing superior Continuing Education to adults,
and Alternative Education/Tutoring Services to school-age students.
